ABOUT KAIT

Kait Tenters is a senior researcher at Charles Aris, bringing a data-driven approach to talent research across healthcare, retail, hospitality and life sciences, building frameworks that help recruiting teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

She began her career in recruiting supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, where she developed a passion for tracking data and surfacing insights. Along the way, she realized her real interest lay in the operational processes behind talent operations, how pipelines moved, where bottlenecks formed and what the data revealed about making the function work better.

Working closely with scientific professionals, she came to admire their analytical rigor and set out to mirror it in her own work. Kait is currently pursuing a master’s degree in biotechnology and management with a concentration in data science.

Kait resides in Northern Massachusetts, where she enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends, fishing, hiking, reading and exploring new technologies in her free time.
