About Monica

Dr. Monica Bhula is a researcher at Charles Aris working with the Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Practice.

Monica received her undergraduate degrees at the College of Charleston before starting her graduate studies at Wichita State University.

She earned her PhD in human factors engineering and user experience research, working with companies such as the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the Federal Aviation Administration along with her studies.

Monica lives in northeast Florida with her husband and their two dogs, Zoro and Chopper. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her dogs outside, gaming with her husband and their friends, eating good food and listening to live music.
