About Tony
Tony Roegiers is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search, specializing in finance and corporate development searches across the services and industrials sectors.
Prior to joining Charles Aris, Tony spent more than eight years recruiting senior finance and accounting professionals throughout the New York metropolitan area.
During that time, he built long-standing relationships with executives across private equity firms and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, global investment banks and high-growth businesses. He also partnered with numerous startup organizations to build and scale their finance and accounting functions.
Tony earned a bachelor’s degree from Alvernia University and his MBA at Seton Hall University. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Kristin, their two sons, Tommy and Jack, and their French bulldog, Cooper.
