Our client is a private equity-backed, multi-state field services platform seeking a CEO to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and operational scaling. Reporting to the board of directors, this executive will have full P&L ownership and responsibility for driving revenue growth, operational execution and profitability across a complex, multi-unit footprint, while partnering closely with the private equity sponsor and executive chairman. The ideal candidate brings experience leading operationally intensive, hands-on service businesses, a proven track record scaling multi-location organizations, strong financial and people leadership capabilities and the ability to build high-performance teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
