Our client, a private equity-backed chemicals manufacturer, is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead execution of the company’s growth transformation plan. The ideal candidate will bring three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience, complemented by time in an operating role either before or after consulting. Candidates should have meaningful exposure to commercial transformation and other growth initiatives and possess a well-rounded toolkit developed across a range of strategic and operational engagements. Experience in chemicals, process industries or broader industrials is required.
