The Manufacturing Director is responsible for leading all plant manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality production of products while supporting overall business goals and customer expectations. This role oversees end-to-end production performance, including scheduling, process optimization, quality standards, inventory coordination, equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by implementing scalable processes, improving productivity, reducing waste and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. As a key leader, the Manufacturing Director partners closely with supply chain, quality, R&D, customer service and executive leadership to align production capabilities with demand, operational priorities and strategic growth initiatives. This individual will lead and develop plant teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration and champion continuous improvement, innovation and sustainable manufacturing practices. Strong experience in manufacturing leadership within chemicals, coatings, inks, packaging or a related industrial environment is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of process improvement, team development and operational performance management.
