Our client is a boutique life sciences advisory firm focused on regulatory strategy for first-of-their-kind therapies, with deep expertise supporting major milestones such as investigational new drug applications and new drug application or biologics license application filings. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s next phase of growth by building the operational backbone needed to scale efficiently. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will act as a strategic partner, owning business process design and driving operational excellence across areas such as client onboarding, pricing and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of pre-MBA consulting experience at a strategy consulting firm, along with relevant industry experience.
