Our client is a privately-owned precision manufacturing company that supports customers across aerospace and defense and other highly engineered manufacturing applications. As this organization looks to scale to the next phase of growth, it’s looking to bring on a new General Manager who will report directly into the ownership group. This leader will have full P&L responsibility, lead the manufacturing organization, drive operational improvements and oversee commercial initiatives and entering new customer segments. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, including senior operational leadership roles within a precision manufacturing environment. They will bring deep expertise in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement and leading high-performing teams at scale while also possessing some sort of commercial aptitude to help move the company forward.
