Our client, a private equity-backed healthcare technology organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and process improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with owning the month-end close process, leading the external audit, strengthening internal controls and managing a high-performing accounting team while partnering with finance leadership to support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate has strong US GAAP expertise, experience leading accounting operations/audits and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on process improvement, technical accounting and scalable financial reporting.
