JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a multi-site healthcare services organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting and audit initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the monthly close process, preparing accurate financial statements, managing external audits and strengthening accounting processes and internal controls while supporting continued organizational growth. The ideal candidate has a strong public accounting foundation, experience in multi-entity healthcare environments and proven leadership skills with a proactive, process-driven approach to financial management.
