Our client, a multi-site residential services organization, is seeking a Recruiter to lead high-volume field recruiting initiatives. This person will be tasked with managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building proactive candidate pipelines, partnering with operational leaders to meet hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies that attract high-quality field service talent across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for high-volume or field-based roles, strong relationship-building and sourcing skills and a data-driven, hands-on approach to improving recruiting processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
