Our client, a rapidly growing, founder-led manufacturer and distributor of metal building products, is seeking a Director of IT to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This person will be tasked with developing a scalable IT roadmap, integrating technology across manufacturing and business operations and driving automation, cybersecurity and enterprise systems improvements to support continued growth. The ideal candidate has experience leading IT strategy in a manufacturing environment, expertise in ERP systems, infrastructure and IT/OT integration and a proven ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver technology solutions that improve operational performance and scalability.
