Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer of biomass and wood-based products, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead multisite manufacturing operations and drive overall plant performance. This person will oversee production across multiple manufacturing lines, drive safety, quality and operational efficiency and manage plant budgets, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has seven to 10 years of manufacturing or production operations experience, proven experience leading multisite plant operations and a strong track record of driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance in a manufacturing environment.
