Manager, Corporate Development
Family Office Investment Firm
Washington, D.C.
A single-family office investment firm with an evergreen capital base and a diversified portfolio spanning fitness, managed print and IT services, media and real estate is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development. This role involves sourcing and evaluating new platform acquisitions, leading add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies and driving business performance initiatives in collaboration with portfolio company leadership.
This person will build complex financial models, lead due diligence and deal execution and work closely with operating company management on strategic and operational projects. The ideal candidate has five to seven years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development, strong analytical and modeling skills and a long-term investor-and-operator mindset rather than a high-volume deal-shop mentality.
