This leader will strengthen the finance function, drive operational performance and build the systems and processes needed to support continued organic and acquisition-driven growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of plant-level economics, inventory, working capital, margins and acquisition integration.
