The Chief Commercial Officer will lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy, with a primary responsibility for accelerating same-store growth, improving sales execution, optimizing pricing, strengthening customer/account visibility and building a high-performing sales organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will partner closely with store and regional leadership to establish consistent go-to-market processes, implement effective commercial systems and KPIs, improve sales talent and accountability and align marketing with revenue objectives. This is a hands-on sales transformation role requiring a high-energy, field-oriented leader who can diagnose performance across 45 locations, drive measurable improvement and help position the business for significant value creation and a future private equity exit.
