Our client, a leading specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, facilities and continuous improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with managing capital projects and engineering programs, overseeing facility and equipment maintenance and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reliability and cost performance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, proven project and engineering management experience and strong expertise in facility management, process improvement, statistical analysis and maintenance within a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment.
