The Vice President of Finance will serve as the company’s senior finance leader, responsible for building and scaling the finance and accounting function to support the organization’s next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hands-on leader will oversee accounting and financial reporting; project and manufacturing accounting; budgeting and forecasting; cash and working capital management; and financial planning and analysis. Key priorities include implementing a scalable ERP environment, preparing the organization for its first financial statement audit, strengthening financial controls / reporting processes and building the internal finance team and infrastructure needed to support continued growth. The Vice President will also serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the board and investors, translating financial performance into actionable business insights and supporting the organization’s broader value creation strategy.
