Our client, a leading specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development and growth initiatives within its Manufacturing Solutions segment. This person will identify and secure contract and toll manufacturing opportunities, translate customer manufacturing and processing requirements into technically feasible and commercially viable solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer relationships and expand market opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in technical B2B sales and contract manufacturing, a strong understanding of chemical processing or industrial manufacturing, and a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive commercial growth through consultative selling.
Candidates in senior sales roles must leverage data management skills, interpersonal abilities and interdepartmental collaboration.
