The Corporate Development Associate supports strategic growth initiatives in a high-technology, aerospace and defense environment by identifying, evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments and partnerships. This role conducts financial modeling, market research and due diligence to assess opportunities and works closely with senior leadership to support deal execution and post-transaction integration. Key responsibilities include preparing analyses and presentations, monitoring industry trends, coordinating across business units and assisting in strategic planning initiatives.
