Our client, a preeminent family office investing exclusively in corporate carveouts and business divestitures, is seeking an Investment Sourcing Vice President. Reporting directly to the two co-founders, this role will be focused on identifying and sourcing qualified corporate carveout investment opportunities and support the team throughout the entire life cycle of the investment process. The ideal candidate will possess over eight years of experience in a relevant, top-tier origination role sourcing corporate carveout transactions.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
