Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Vice President of Finance, M&A and Business Development to provide strategic and financial leadership across all aspects of partnership development, M&A and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of M&A experience in a high-velocity deal environment such as investment banking, private equity or transaction services, with a strong background in the consumer or manufacturing sectors.
Financial leaders should be able to show up, communicate with clarity and operate cross-functionally to inspire confidence.
