Our client, a private equity-backed healthcare technology company, is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to join its leadership team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing potential targets and executing the company’s M&A strategy, driving both near-term initiatives and long-term growth. The role involves close collaboration with the private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience leading transactions in a fast-paced M&A environment, with healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.
In the final months before a private equity exit, the right corporate development leader can elevate valuation and accelerate deal flow.
Financial leaders should be able to show up, communicate with clarity and operate cross-functionally to inspire confidence.
