Our client is a private equity-backed, global specialty manufacturing platform seeking a Vice President of M&A to lead its corporate development efforts and support an active domestic and international acquisition strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this role will own the full M&A lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, valuation, diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and post-close integration, while partnering closely with executive leadership and the financial sponsor. The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking or private equity, a strong track record executing complex transactions in industrial or manufacturing environments, exposure to cross-border deals and the ability to drive disciplined execution in a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization.
