Our client, a long-standing, growing middle-market private equity firm based in New York City, is seeking a Vice President. The Vice President would sit on the portfolio support group team, with the goal of driving value creation and EBITDA initiatives for portfolio companies. This individual would work hand in hand with portfolio executives across different industries to complete key objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of private equity experience working on portfolio operations and will bring two to three years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm.
The main difference for W2 and 1099 workers in private equity portfolio operations is compensation.
