Our client is a leading multi-site healthcare services platform pursuing an aggressive acquisition strategy. Its team is seeking a Director of M&A to lead strategic transactions and support the continued growth of the organization’s portfolio. This individual will serve as the deal quarterback, partnering closely with senior leadership to manage acquisitions from initial diligence through closing, with a heavy focus on financial modeling, pro forma analysis and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring four to six years of corporate development or M&A experience, with deep financial and analytical skills and a true passion for working in Excel. Success requires comfort building complex models, evaluating multiple transaction scenarios and collaborating across clinical, operational and executive stakeholders. Prior experience in healthcare M&A or high-growth, decentralized organizations is highly preferred.
