The Associate will support the implementation of transactions while working cross-functionally across the entire deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, bid underwriting/submission, due diligence, contract negotiations and internal approvals. In addition, the Associate will manage some of the planning, execution, separation, integration and organizational restructuring activities related to post merger-initiatives. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of corporate development experience. The base salary for this role is $150,000.
