Our client is seeking a Head of M&A to lead its inorganic growth strategy and help double the size of the company. This person will own the end-to-end corporate development process of sourcing and executing acquisitions while working closely with the CEO and sponsor. The ideal candidate will bring eight to 12 total years of experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environments. This role will require strong strategic, analytical and execution skills, along with experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
