Our client, a leading middle-market private equity firm, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to help execute its portfolio optimization strategy across its investments. In this role, the Associate will work closely with portfolio company management teams, as well as the firm’s operations and investment professionals, to drive strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation efforts and M&A-related projects. The ideal candidate brings two to four years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and a demonstrated track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
