Our client is a leading middle-market private equity firm focused on investing in and scaling software and technology businesses. The firm is looking to add a Vice President to its portfolio operations team. In this role, the individual will partner closely with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to drive value creation, with a particular emphasis on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth and EBITDA improvement. The ideal candidate will be a current or former strategy consultant with a strong track record of performance and hands-on operating experience within software businesses. Particularly relevant experience would include working with or operating within growth-stage software companies in the ~$5M–$100M ARR range, where the individual has helped build, scale or optimize commercial functions. Experience with private equity due diligence and/or post-close value creation initiatives is also highly relevant.
