The Portfolio Operations Vice President will serve as a highly capable, hands-on partner to portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams, frequently embedding themselves within businesses in an interim Chief of Staff or similar capacity during periods of transition, growth or operational complexity. These assignments may require extended periods onsite, working directly alongside senior leadership to establish priorities, solve complex business problems and drive execution. Between embedded assignments, this individual will partner with our client’s portfolio operations and investment teams on targeted value-creation initiatives, including revenue growth, pricing, sales effectiveness and operational improvement. The ideal candidate combines a rigorous strategy consulting toolkit with practical operating experience, exceptional analytical capabilities and the interpersonal maturity to quickly earn the trust of senior executives. Our client is also open to a senior associate-level candidate.
