The Controller leads accounting and financial operations, supporting strategic goals and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Reporting to the CEO, this role manages budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow, audits and core accounting functions while optimizing systems and KPIs. Success requires cost accounting and manufacturing experience, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and systems skills, excellent communication and a hands-on, accountable approach.
