The Associate will support the finance, M&A and strategic growth team by partnering with firm leadership to deliver financial insights, execute acquisitions and support strategic initiatives during a period of rapid growth. This high-visibility role includes financial modeling; due diligence for RIA acquisitions and team lift-outs; preparation of board and investor materials; analysis of revenue, AUM and performance trends; and support of budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a degree in finance, economics or a related field, three to five years of investment banking or relevant corporate finance experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong analytical and communication abilities.
