Our client, a newly acquired, private equity-backed portfolio company in the commercial and industrials space, is seeking a CEO. The private equity firm, which specializes in micro-market investments, plans to rapidly scale and expand the business through strategic acquisitions. Our client is looking to identify a new operating partner and CEO who will be responsible for establishing and leading the vision, direction and leadership of the company. The role will provide overall accountability for business strategy and planning, including operational execution to deliver short- and long-term results. The ideal candidate will be willing to “roll up their sleeves” to drive and execute the value-creation plan. Candidates should have two to three years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and an MBA from a leading program. Military experience is strongly preferred.
