As the firm continues to scale, its team is looking to add an Operating Vice President to the portfolio operations team. This individual will partner closely with portfolio company leadership teams and investment professionals to drive value creation initiatives across the portfolio. The role is designed as a development path into a senior leadership position within a portfolio company over time. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, along with 2-4 years of operating experience, preferably within a private equity-backed environment.
