The Vice President of Corporate Development will play a critical leadership role in driving the growth strategy of a private equity-backed AEC platform. This individual will own the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing acquisitions through to closing. Partnering closely with executive leadership and investors, the VP will help identify strategic opportunities that align with the firm’s expansion goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in investment banking or transaction advisory, combined with in-house corporate development experience within a professional services environment and a proven ability to lead deals end-to-end.
