Our client, a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer digital health and wellness company, is seeking a Chief of Staff. Reporting to the interim CEO, this role will be responsible for driving key growth initiatives across the organization, including new go-to-market strategies, value creation, innovation, product launches in new categories and funnel optimization, as well as interfacing regularly with the private equity sponsors. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm, plus three to five years of industry experience at a digital health or digital direct-to-consumer platform, or more broadly in consumer services with a digital focus.
