Charles Aris is seeking an Associate of Client Partnerships to lead outreach to new and existing clients for Aris Amplify, our contingent recruiting division. This individual will work as part of a small team of business development leaders, with a dedicated focus on expanding Aris Amplify’s client base. The ideal candidate has one to two years of business development or sales experience in a relevant professional services environment, such as recruiting or consulting, along with a strong sense of accountability, initiative and drive.
Charles Aris launched Aris Amplify in 2025, and Kim joined early in the process to oversee its launch and serve as executive director.
Charles Aris announced Aris Amplify in January 2025, a new business dedicated to contingency search projects.
Charles Aris Inc became a Family Forward NC employer after successfully earning its certification from the family advocacy group.
