Our client, a leading recycled paper manufacturer specializing in 100% recycled containerboard and sustainable paper products, is seeking a Mill Engineer to lead paper manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with improving mill operations and production efficiency, supporting equipment reliability and process performance and driving quality, safety and environmental compliance across the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has experience in paper manufacturing or a continuous process environment, strong process engineering and problem-solving skills and a background in driving operational improvements within an industrial manufacturing facility.
