This person will be tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple service locations, improving operational efficiency and resource utilization and partnering with executive leadership to drive growth, quality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has proven senior operations leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health, strong financial and performance management skills and a track record of leading teams, optimizing processes and scaling operations in a regulated environment.
