Our client, a leading provider of pest control and wildlife management services, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead multi-branch operations and drive organizational performance. This person will be tasked with overseeing regional field operations and branch management, ensuring production goals and expense budgets are met and coordinating resources across fleet, facilities, uniforms and marketing while maintaining company standards. The ideal candidate has proven multi-location operations leadership experience, strong financial and budget management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, service delivery and operational performance.
The expected compensation for this role is $140,000.
