The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting and decision-making across a vertically integrated manufacturing operation. This role partners with operations, supply chain and leadership to analyze cost drivers, production efficiency, margins and capital investments. The Analyst develops financial models, prepares variance analyses and translates data into insights that improve operational performance and profitability. This position supports budgeting, forecasting, inventory/cost analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, manufacturing finance experience and the ability to work cross-functionally to support data-driven decisions.
