The Business Analyst will transform production and accounting data into clear, actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with accounting, production and senior leadership to build and enhance reporting tools, create workflow documentation, analyze trends and conduct ad hoc investigations into operational issues. The analyst will identify process gaps, recommend improved procedures and develop repeatable dashboards that highlight performance opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, accounting or a related field; brings strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; and thrives on detailed analytical work. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, rigorous problem-solving, the ability to influence cross-functional teams and a strong sense of urgency in delivering accurate, high-value insights.
