The Corporate Development Associate will support the company’s growth strategy by sourcing and evaluating small to mid‑cap acquisition targets ($8M-$25M in revenue), leveraging an investment banking skillset to drive outreach, financial analysis and deal execution. The role also contributes to improving internal systems, such as CRM, sourcing tools and workflow processes, to build a more efficient, data‑driven pipeline and strengthen the overall corporate development function.
