The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting overall business performance. This role manages the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end and year-end close processes while preparing financial statements, budgets and forecasts. This person also analyzes financial performance, monitors variances and provides insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong internal controls, supporting audits, managing cash flow and improving financial systems and reporting processes to ensure compliance and scalable financial operations.
