Our client, a multi-site manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead HR and employee relations initiatives across its Clifton, New Jersey and Stormville, New York locations. This person will be tasked with managing employee relations in a challenging manufacturing environment, driving safety and compliance programs and overseeing day-to-day HR operations including conflict resolution and performance management, while partnering closely with plant leadership. The ideal candidate has over five years of HR experience, a strong background in manufacturing and proven ability to handle high-conflict situations with confidence and resilience, along with demonstrated expertise in safety and compliance and experience with HRIS systems.
