Our client is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR operations and employee relations at its Ormond Beach, Florida location. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support to management and leading safety and compliance efforts, including OSHA reporting, overseeing the safety committee, managing employee relations, performance management, onboarding and benefits administration. The HR Manager will also ensure accurate payroll coordination, maintain HR systems and support HRIS implementation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reporting. The ideal candidate should have over five years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. They should demonstrate success in managing employee relations and conflict resolution in fast-paced settings. Additionally, they should possess hands-on experience with HRIS implementations, a strong understanding of safety and compliance and the ability to function with accountability, attention to detail and strong communication skills in an operationally driven culture.
