Our client, a sustainable paper manufacturer, is seeking a Vice President of HR to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This individual will drive talent strategy, oversee employee relations and culture within a manufacturing environment and ensure compliance, safety and leadership alignment across operations while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, a strong background in manufacturing or industrial settings and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and navigate complex employee relations issues with executive presence. They possess deep expertise in compliance, change management and modern HR systems, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, operationally driven culture.
