Director, Corporate Development
Doctor-Led Dental Support Organization
California (West Coast)
The Director of Corporate Development is focused on supporting growth through the execution of acquisitions rather than primarily sourcing new opportunities. This role will independently manage transactions from initial evaluation through close, including opportunity assessment, diligence, structuring support and coordination with legal and finance, while also guiding sellers through the transaction process. Because many of the partners and sellers are doctor owners, the role also requires strong relationship skills and a thoughtful, high-touch approach throughout the deal lifecycle. Prior experience in a DSO or multi-site healthcare platform is highly preferred.
