JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to lead a team of four to six direct reports within a rapidly growing, private equity-backed animal health company. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this person will serve as a present, field-minded leader, traveling 40%-60% of the time to partner closely with team members and customers across the swine and expanding cattle markets. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing sales in a growing business, deep active networks and technical credibility within swine production and livestock health and is someone who demonstrates they can be an agile leader.
